Platinum Maintenance Program

Our Platinum Program is tailored for the busy pond owner who wants to enjoy all the relaxing benefits of a pond, while we do all the dirty work. This plan includes two visits per month allowing you to relax and be assured that professionals are taking care of the rest.

"Check" Features (1st Visit)

• Check pump for proper flow
• Clean Skimmer Filter Mat as needed
• Empty Debris Net, as needed
• Check Filter
• Ensure U.V. Bulb is functioning Replace bulb if necessary
• Ensure all spitters working properly
• Check underwater and waterfall lights
• Visually inspect fish
• Light timers checked and adjusted if necessary
• Minor Problems Corrected
• Test Water Quality
• All Equipment Tested (supply estimated cost to repair or replace)
• Deliver and place any pre-booked plants and merchandise
• Check list filled out, signed and left with you

"Service" Features (2nd Visit)

• All of "Check" Features Plus:
• Trim Aquatic Plants/weeds encroaching pond*
• Fertilize Aquatic Plants*
• Replace Barley Straw (Add initial Visit-Replace One time)
• Restack Rocks as needed
• Add Water Treatments
• Deliver and place any pre-booked plants, fish and merchandise
• Check Fish Food and Replenish if necessary
• Add Water Conditioners
• Check list filled out, signed and left with you

Basic Monthly Program

Basic program includes 1 Visit per month and includes all "Service" Features.
